Black gold

A blend of three varieties, Teran, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, in which Teran is dominant, since it is a traditional Istrian variety (50% teran, 30% merlot and 20% cabernet sauvignon). It is a wine aged for 12 months in French oak barrels (225L), after that for another 12 months in stainless steel barrels and then matured in bottles. Its colour is ruby red with purple hues, with a strong and intense aroma and scent, with fruity notes and aromas of forest fruits and plum jam as well as those of wood and vanilla. 

It pairs perfectly with meat recipes, dry-aged steaks,game meat.
