Merlot

The Merlot grape variety is characterised by a ruby-red colour.This dry wine has a pleasant fruity and spicy note. It is a full-bodied and well-balanced wine, with a rather intense flavour and an aftertaste that lasts longer. 

Thanks to its flavour, it pairs perfectly with prosciutto, cheese, red meat and wild game meat.
