Istrian Malvasia

A wine produced from the Malvasia grape variety, native to Istria. Its colour is greenish-yellow and its aroma is characterised mainly by fresh floral and fruity notes. In the mouth it leaves a dry sensation, it is full-bodied, with a perfectly balanced ratio of alcohol and freshness. 

It pairs nicely with different dishes, especially with fish, seafood pasta, white meat and the famous Istrian truffle.
